Terms of Service

These Terms govern the services provided by Core Creative ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the client"). By engaging us — by accepting a quote, paying a deposit or commencing work — you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide bespoke web design and development, optional ongoing Care Plans, and Meta Ads management. The specific scope, deliverables and timing of each engagement are confirmed in a written quote or proposal.

2. Quotes & fees

• Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated; invoices can also be issued in USD, GBP, CAD, EUR or NZD at the prevailing exchange rate.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Website builds require a 50% deposit before work begins; the remaining 50% is due on completion, prior to the site going live.
• Care Plans and Meta Ads management are billed monthly in advance.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days. Overdue accounts may be paused until paid.

3. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to provide content, feedback and approvals in a timely manner. Project timelines assume reasonable client responsiveness; delays in providing materials or approvals may extend delivery dates.

4. Revisions & scope

Each build includes two rounds of design revisions and a 2-week post-launch tweak period for minor changes. Additional revisions, new pages, or features outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before any work begins.

5. Ownership & licensing

On receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website design, code and content. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.

6. Hosting & third-party services

We may arrange hosting, domain registration and third-party integrations on the client's behalf. The client is responsible for ongoing fees with those providers unless covered by an active Care Plan.

7. Meta Ads management

Ad spend is paid directly by the client to Meta and is separate from our management fee. We do not guarantee specific ad results — performance depends on budget, market and creative. We will report results transparently and adjust strategy as needed.

8. Cancellation

Care Plans and Meta Ads engagements can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation of an in-progress website build forfeits the deposit and requires payment for any work completed up to that date.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business-loss damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
